The natural heating by a twin flame under the tray allows the chaffing dish to be setup where you have no power.

A water bath is used in the bottom tray to help keep food at a steady temperature, this helps reduce the risk of drying food out and burning.

Suitable for banquet-style catering, serving large crowds over a long period of time.
